At the age of 19, I became interested in the food service industry, so in 2005 I took my first steps at KFC. In 2008 my leadership role launched and then FOOD PLUS Training & Industrial Co S.A. transferred me to Pizza HUT in the role of Restaurant Manager where I have been awarded
as the youngest Restaurant Manager who managed to bring the highest profitability to company’s network within 2 years.
In 2012, Gregori’s company approached me to take part in its assets as area manager of its 22 franchise stores in the region of Attiki. I accepted this position with joy since the economic crisis had greatly affected the course of Pizza Hut in Greece. After 1.5 years and based on my evaluation, the company suggested that I should take over the training department of the entire network. I had 11 trainers in my team who covered the needs of initial training (we trained over 750 people per year), opening new stores, support for ‘problematical’ stores, etc. Along the way and always based on evaluations the need arose to give a new fresh version to the outdated training… So, at the beginning of 2015 we created e-learning. An innovation in collaboration with Stefi Productions for the entire network of Gregoris Mikrogevmata and Air Canteen. A tool with videos, seminars and all educational material related to training & retraining reached throughout the network of Greece and abroad.
In the spring of 2015, a smaller company called miCafetal, with 22 units at the time, in hospitals, airports and ships, approached me to take over the general management. I responded to this call since in this proposal I had the opportunity to identify my skills , as well as to see this particular industry from a different perspective. I was involved in staff training and reassignments based on the skills they had, finding new areas for the sale units, starting them from scratch and also creating new projects at Fraport airports . I created new recipes for the micafetal network and I was more than satisfied when we won the gold award for the most delicious recipes and best food stylist at Estia awards in 2020.
My first contact with the telesales began in November 2020 after I met Dionysis Kladis, where he presented me the dynamics of the industry with the aim of our collaboration. So, quickly understanding how this space works, I joined the company DKG Telephone Media Services with a team of only 4 members. Today we are more than 65 active members in all departments working from 09:00 - 21:00. We represent major energy and telecommunication companies in addition with our own cosmetic line ISIDA the Absolute Elixir-that we created in 2023.
